Administrative Coordinator

Role: To manage the financial and administrative plan and the communication with third parties.

Tasks and responsibilities: administrative coordination of the project and in particular the coordination of financial, administrative, information, communication, regulatory and ethical aspects. The AC  monitors the financial depletion and financial reporting and discuss these issues on a regular basis with the SC. The AC is responsible for the planning and organising the meetings of the General Assembly and the Executive Board. The AC chairs the Executive Board and the Project Management Team.
